OUR sole purpose is to provide expert contract services for creation, establishment, transition and revitalization of local governments.

OUR management team provides administrative services to all forms of governments, helping establish departments, policies, practices and procedures. In doing so, we save our clients time and money by providing services such as hiring and employing department heads and staff, processing payroll, organizing and administering public meetings, etc.

OUR goal is to lend our knowledge and experience in local government during the creation process, as well as, to serve as management and staff during the first few critical years. Once established and solidified, we phase out of day to day operations and lend ourselves as consultants, assisting with expansion and revitalization projects for many years into the future.
